By accessing `123tag.in` or linking, activating, scanning, or managing a physical 123tag (referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not activate or use our tags or digital profiles.

2. CRITICAL MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY:

123tag is an informational profile routing service. It is NOT a medical care provider, diagnostic service, emergency dispatcher, or insurance policy.

We do not monitor your physical health, coordinate ambulance dispatch (108/102), or active police alerts. In a real physical emergency, always dial local emergency numbers (112) immediately.

123tag is designed to supplement information for first responders and finders; it does not replace professional medical bracelets or legal identity documents.

3. User Responsibilities & Clinical Data

You represent and warrant that all information provided in your profile is accurate, current, and true. Specifically:

Medical Accuracy: Providing false clinical details (such as incorrect blood types, medications, or allergies) is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from inaccurate medical logs you submit.
Emergency Contacts: Ensure that individuals listed as "ICE Contacts" have given you permission to display their masked phone numbers.
Profile Maintenance: It is your responsibility to review and update your active mode settings, allergies, and contact fields regularly.

4. Physical Tag Registration & Ownership

Each physical sticker or tag is linked to a single user profile. You may not attempt to register a tag that is already bound to another user\'s account. If a tag is bound incorrectly, please contact support for verification and transfer protocols. We reserve the right to revoke access to any tag linked to profiles participating in spam, harassment, or malicious activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 123tag and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

The failure of a finder or emergency responder to scan your tag.
The inability of a responder to load your profile due to cellular network outages, device battery failure, or database downtime.
The behavior or actions of any third-party finders who contact you via details displayed on your public profile.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to alter or discontinue features of our free hosting service or modify pricing models for physical product bundles at any time. Changes to legal terms will be updated directly on this page.
